TM21P-88P(21) Male Cat5e RJ45 Connector. TM21P series Cat 5e modular RJ45 shielded plugs that conform to the requirements of the TIA/EIA-568B data wiring standard meeting the transmission performance of Enhance Cat5. These RJ45 plugs support Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) and Fast Ethernet (100BASE-TX) high-speed LAN transmission. A 360° metal shield provides EMI protection to the engagement area of these RJ45 connectors. When the plug is mated, the corresponding connector shield surfaces are connected to provide a continuous circuit.
