The HBL2513 is a 4-pole 5-wire 3-phase 20A 120/208VAC Y-type Twist-Lock® NEMA L21-20R Insulgrip® Grounding Connector, made of black and white nylon body, brass contacts, #10-32 Phillips/slotted/Robertson screw terminals and 9 to 29mm cord diameter.
